My bub & I had dinner at a chinese restaurant tonight and wanted to order a few dish and one is supposed to be a fish dish… it so happens that they have very limited fish on stock and toothfish is one of them, and so… the decision was made! It turned out to be a good choice.
It looks like a scary fish… and indeed I think it is because apparently, it can grow to 2.2 meters long and weighs about 100kg. But, one thing’s for sure - it’s definitely YUMMY. It’s supposed to be one of the most sought after fish in the world. 
So when you do get the chance to see it on the menu, I recommended you go for it!
